Yahoo’s latest filing knocks Icahn agenda as risky

Yahoo Inc said on Thursday billionaire
Carl Icahn’s agenda presents a “significant risk” to the value
of Yahoo stock, and that it would only sell itself to Microsoft
under the right terms.
